Today is my wifey's birthday. I just wanted to let everybody know that I am the luckiest man of the face of the earth. I truly married my better half. She is my best friend, the best mom to my kids, and my eternal companion. I am constantly feeding off of her strenghth. I love her more than anything in this world. So, happy birthday Baby. I love you!

Christmas sure is tiring. This is Karson in his new outfit from his cousion Ryker all pooped out with his new buddies Woody, SpongeBob and Rex.

One of the "benefits" of Karson's diagnosis is that he gets to watch a lot of movies. Two of his favorites are the Toy Story movies. So santa brought him a talking Woody. His eyes lit up when he saw him for the first time. It is like he's seeing an old friend when he looks at him. This pic is a reaction when he sees his buddy, Woody. PRICELESS!!

Christmas Eve Spudnuts w/Grandma and Grandpa Riggs

Every Christmas Eve when I was growing up we made homemade"spudnuts" (aka doughnuts) to give to our neighbors/ward members. It is a tradtion that Jody and I have continued since we met as well. Well this year we had an extra special treat because Grandma and Grandpa Riggs were here from Louisiana!! So this Christmas Eve was extra fun and special!!

6 Years and Counting

Dec 13th Darren & I celebrated our 6yr anniversary. I'm so thankful that he is my eternal companion and that he gives me the strength to keep going . I couldn't have asked for a better husband and dad for my kids.

Karson's First Haircut

Karson made many milestones this month and one of them is having his first hair cut. He has made us realize how important the little things are.
